remedial massage

Remedial massage is more specific to a ‘problem area’, rather than an all-over body massage. If you have long term chronic aches or have suffered a recent injury resulting in discomfort and/or loss of function, a remedial massage assists in returning to normal health.

Sports massage

A deep tissue faster style of massage designed to prepare the athlete for their best performance. Integrated into your recovery, sports massage can help to reduce DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) and help you feel calmer and more focused before and after events.

relaxation massage

A relaxation massage can reduces stress, heightens mental alertness and improve our overall posture. Studies have shown that remedial massage also provides positive health benefits for disorders such as headaches, depression and anxiety, back pain, arthritis and chronic pain.

Hot stones (at no extra cost)

Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.
